Residential Designers with experience in construction, log and timber design

Grant Hoskin is no stranger to the building industry. Throughout Grant’s childhood and into his teens he assisted his father on construction sites in the Northwest, obtaining hands-on experience in various building trades. He knew that when he became an adult, he would continue in his father’s foot steps.

After he graduated college, Grant spent the next four years working for a large design firm in Portland, Oregon. In 1999 Grant moved to Central Oregon to start his own design firm, where he has worked as both a home designer, and a construction supervisor.

With his ability to design to any budget, Grant has designed over 400 homes since 1999, and has worked as a construction supervisor on over 55 building projects.

James Kroeker, a Central Oregon native for over 30 years has extensive knowledge of log and timber design. Specializing in three dimensional designs, he has over 10 years of CAD experience as well as a strong background in construction.

James began his career working for a local AIA registered Architect. He then worked five years with a custom home builder, designing log and timber framed homes in ProngHorn, Awbrey Butte, Sun River, and Crosswater.
